Digital Marketing Manager - Turtle Bay - Bristol

Turtle Bay is all about bringing the energy, soul, and spirit of the Caribbean to the UK - and we're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital vision and keep us ahead of the curve.
This isn't just about managing campaigns - it's about shaping the future of how Turtle Bay connects with guests online. You'll own our digital strategy end-to-end, driving innovation across social, CRM, paid media, SEO, and app engagement. From big-picture planning to hands-on delivery, you'll make sure every digital touchpoint feels unmistakably Turtle Bay - vibrant, authentic, and full of good vibes.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll be the digital authority in the business and lead a talented team of three: two Digital Marketing Executives and one Senior Marketing Executive.
You'll set the pace for how we engage, convert, and retain guests, using data-driven insights to optimise performance and deliver measurable growth.
We're looking for someone who's confident, commercially sharp, and bursting with ideas. You'll combine creativity with analytical thinking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to pivot when trends shift. Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible to business needs
Days: Typically, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends for events
Where: Based at our Bristol Head Office (at least 4 days in office) with occasional travel to sites
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Development: Regular check-ins to support your growth, KPIs, and training
