Lead end-to-end CRM campaigns including planning, testing, and reporting.
Optimise customer journeys and automation to boost engagement and loyalty.
Manage CRM platforms (Acteol/Atreemo) and deliver performance insights.
Oversee organic social content across Fuller’s and sub-brands, ensuring brand consistency.
Create and manage content calendars, aligning with broader marketing goals.
Support and train local teams to improve social media quality and engagement.
Deliver integrated digital campaigns across CRM, social, paid media, and web.
Partner with Operations and pub teams to activate central strategies locally.
Monitor trends and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to the team.
