Coffee King are looking for a motivated and keen apprentice who are ready to dive into their Digital Marketing career and expand their knowledge. This is your chance to turn your passion for design into a long-lasting career!

You will be creating content that stands out, shaping brand designs, and bringing fresh ideas to the table, all while working alongside a supportive team. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job

Monitor and manage campaign budgets by obtaining quotations for marketing materials, ensuring spend stays within allocated limits, and securing required approvals.

Analyse digital performance data using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to support reporting and continuous campaign improvement.

Create and publish digital content across Meta Business Suite and similar CMS platforms, including text, images, and video.

Design marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to support both online and offline campaigns.

Support multi-channel marketing activity, including physical POS materials for hospitality venues and digital content for websites, ecommerce, and the company app.

Use a variety of online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (and potentially TikTok) to execute and track campaign activity.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including site managers, area managers, and suppliers, to coordinate marketing requirements and approvals.

Contribute to business growth by enhancing brand presence, online visibility, and measurable ROI from marketing initiatives.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, well support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
