Job description

You'll report to the Head of Digital Engagement (CPD) and sit in the Consumer Products Division Digital team within Media, Advocacy & Digital under the CPD CDO. You'll be the go-to for lorealparis.co.uk, driving site excellence as our UK digital flagship.

  • Website & Content Ops: manage timely content & product uploads aligned to the UK marketing calendar; ensure catalogue accuracy and brand claim compliance; coordinate technical fixes with our agency Photon.
  • Search & Performance: partner with Publicis search teams and category stakeholders to inform SEO and paid search framing; optimise discovery and visibility across channels. Drive GEO for the your brand to gain best discoverability across search.
  • Services & Ratings: integrate and manage tools (Yieldify, Commerce Connector, Bazaarvoice); grow product review and UGC coverage; liaise with affiliate agency Acquire.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Delivery: deliver actionable performance reporting (PowerBI, GA); advise UK brand teams on digital best practice; support O+O activations and AI/transversal projects.
