Senior Manager. Digital Culture Network (ARTC112)

Contract

Permanent, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)

Salary

£50,468 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.

Location

Brighton, Cambridge, Bristol, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle (The role will be based at one of the offices listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Arts Council England's ground-breaking Digital Culture Network (DCN). The Senior Manager will have responsibility for overseeing and delivering the DCN's operations, its programme and provide line management and leadership to its capable team. The Digital Culture Network helps build the digital skills and capabilities of the arts and cultural sector through free and practical support in key areas of expertise such as ecommerce, web design, data & analytics and digital strategy. The team, based across England, support organisations with 1-2-1 advice, webinars, workshops and by fostering partnerships with the Tech sector.

This role is key for the DCN as it looks to expand, continue to help the sector recover from Covid-19 and deliver Arts Council England's ambition for a thriving cultural sector.
