We’re working with a leader in their market to recruit a Digital Learning & Innovation Partner.

35 Hour Week

£50,000-£60,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Benefits

Reporting to the Head of L&D and working as part of the corporate L&D function, you will own all things Learning Tech. You will lead on LMS development and implementation or development of complementary technologies such as AI, VR or apps. You will consult with stakeholders, some of whom will be in technical roles, to develop new learning programmes and interventions. This will see you supporting the development of certified programmes and regulatory‑led training, as well as the ongoing development of soft‑skills programmes. You should expect to use authoring and content tools such as Articulate, Captivate and Vibe coding.
