What You'll Do

As a Digital Learning Content Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our digital learning experiences. Working within our Clinical Education team, you'll design and deliver engaging, interactive, and impactful content that sets a new standard for remote and blended learning.

Your role will include:
  • Designing immersive digital learning activities and compelling course content for clinical and non‑clinical audiences.
  • Using tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond and other authoring tools to create engaging and high‑quality learning resources.
  • Enhancing the look and feel of our Cornerstone LMS and ensuring all digital learning materials follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, high‑quality look and feel across resources.
  • Contributing to the creation and curation of digital learning content from concept to completion – communicating ideas clearly through storyboards and delivering finished products that reflect our world‑class standards.
  • Designing and developing a wide range of digital learning resources to support delivery including eLearning modules, instructor‑led activities, engaging case studies and supporting materials.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and third‑party providers to deliver high‑quality learning.
  • Leveraging Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and immersive technologies to enable education.
  • Implementing evaluation strategies to measure impact and ROI and Real‑World Evidence.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in digital content development for training and education.
  • Strong track record in designing high‑quality, measurable learning solutions.
  • Expertise with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Vyond) and asynchronous content design.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design frameworks and digital learning pedagogy.
  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and creatively.
  • Passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends, including LX technologies.
