A progressive educational institution in Marlow is seeking an Administrator to join their AUB Academy. The role involves providing excellent customer service to prospective students and parents, managing course bookings, and supporting course delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and experience in educational administrative roles. This part-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including pension enrollment and generous holiday entitlement.
£25,448 per annum (pro rata) – 18.5 hours per week, permanent.

We are seeking an Administrator to join our AUB Academy, a dynamic hub of innovation and opportunity, passionately committed to transforming arts education and expanding access to inspiring creative learning for both domestic and international markets.
As the AUB Academy Administrator you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and visiting tutors, providing excellent customer service across all our programmes.
You will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of bespoke courses aimed at both domestic and international markets, helping to promote inclusive access to arts education.
Ideally the post holder will work morning shifts; however working arrangements can be discussed with the AUB Academy Manager.
In meeting your performance expectations, you'll receive an annual salary increase in line with the grade of your role. An annual cost‑of‑living uplift will be applied, subject to the University’s decision. AUB provides generous holiday entitlement, and you will be enrolled in the Local Government Pension Scheme (professional services staff) or the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (academic staff) from day one of employment.
