A local government council is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to provide high-quality digital business analysis services. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop requirements that improve processes. This role requires experience in Agile methodologies and managing projects effectively. This hybrid position is based in Norwich, with a competitive salary and generous benefits including health services and a pension scheme.
£39,862 - £41,771 per annum | Scale J | Norwich – Hybrid
This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will need to be able to work from County Hall for a day a week, and more if required by the project.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Digital Business Analyst to provide high quality digital business analysis services for Norfolk County Council. Digital Business Analysts work with a range of business stakeholders to develop high value opportunities into requirements that improve processes to deliver cost savings, efficiencies and improved outcomes for end users.
Digital Business Analysts ensure that we leverage maximum business benefit from our exciting leading-edge technology – this includes industry leading business applications, the Microsoft Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation technology, and Artificial Intelligence capabilities, and a range of different enterprise size line of business systems.
This post sits in our new Business Analysis Centre of Excellence, which is part of our Digital and Transformation service. Digital and Transformation work with leaders and stakeholders across NCC and partners to manage, deliver and report on organisationally critical programmes and projects. Our BA team plays a vital role in helping to scope, prioritise and drive through this vital and exciting change.
