Scope

Houlihan Lokey’s Presentations Product team is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to assist our organization’s digital asset management (DAM) efforts. This position will be collaborating with members of our organization to process assets while adhering to our asset management strategy and vision. This position will be handling the day‑to‑day operations of digital assets within a creative and technical team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, organize, update, edit, archive and restore the firm’s various digital assets
  • Work with multiple business units to provide exceptional customer service
  • Use templates to re‑create, improve upon, or standardize existing assets.
  • Be the front‑facing department representative for all things digital assets using collaborative tools, ticketing systems, and audio and video communications with fast turnaround
  • Work with and encourage stakeholders to contribute assets to the system while adhering to our standards set by our standard operating procedures and naming convention frameworks
  • Assist with researching - streamline/improve search engine concepts within the digital asset management system.
  • Assist with creating, developing, growing and upholding all file naming convention frameworks (FNC) documents
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital asset coordinator role or similar.
  • Knowledge working with general digital asset management systems or solutions.
  • Good knowledge of naming conventions, taxonomy, hierarchy, metadata and file types.
  • Comfortable working in Adobe Photoshop as an image enhancement/clean up tool.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environment using various communication and project management tools (i.e. SharePoint, Outlook and Teams).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional customer or client service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a corporate brand.
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, infographics, and branding.
  • Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Strong knowledge of image editing, retouching, or enhancing.
