Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital marketing? Farnborough College of Technology is looking for a Digital and Creative Marketing Officer to join our team and help drive learner recruitment, boost brand awareness, and promote our courses through innovative digital campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring fresh ideas, engaging content, and strategic thinking to a forward-thinking marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
  • Plan, design, and execute targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Segment audiences for personalised messaging
  • Monitor performance and optimise using analytics and A/B testing
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and manage subscriber lists
Social Media Management
  • Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, video, and copy
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and foster community interaction
  • Use analytics to report on performance and inform strategy
Website Management
  • Keep website content accurate, relevant, and SEO-optimised
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source new content and imagery
  • Monitor site performance and suggest improvements
Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns
  • Contribute creative ideas and content
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed
General Marketing Support
  • Support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day operations
  • Assist in organising and promoting events such as open days and webinars
  • Help produce print and digital marketing materials
  • Contribute to reporting and analysis of marketing KPIs
  • Undertake other ad hoc marketing tasks as required

  • Confidence using email marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and audience engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to make an impact
Desirable Skills

  • Full UK driver’s license and access to a car
