Digital Account Manager – web, mobile, email experiences

Location: London (Hybrid – Hoxton office)

To work for a small and growing digital agency that changes behaviour through digital and physical brand experiences — all while minimising environmental impact. They are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join their expanding Client Services Team and help deliver exceptional digital solutions for a long-term client.

Role responsibilities
  • Manage and support client relationships across the clients’ digital platforms (web, email, mobile).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Development, Project Management) to deliver high-quality work.
  • Lead client meetings, distilling complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
  • Analyse campaign performance and present results aligned with client KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Work in a collaborative, upbeat environment with exposure to a wide variety of projects.
Your experience
  • Experience in a digital agency, with client-facing and project management exposure.
  • Passion for digital and curiosity about integrated marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
