A healthcare organization specializing in eating disorders seeks a Dietary Assistant to support patients with their dietary needs and oversee meal-related projects. This role includes preparing menus, supporting patient meals, and ensuring dietary requirements are met. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (GED), a valid driver's license, and preferably some experience in a related field. The Dietary Assistant works alongside the dietary department by supporting patients with their dietary needs, completing food‑related projects, providing administrative support to dietitians, supervising patients at meals and snacks, supporting dietitians with running groups and meals, and maintaining menus as directed.

Compensation starting range for Dietary Assistant are $21-$23. Range are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience and education.
