A prominent cultural organization in the UK is seeking a Development Administrator to support its Development team. This role includes managing donor records, assisting with donor events, and performing general administrative tasks. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Development department on a permanent basis. This wide ranging role will be responsible for supporting the Glyndebourne Development team in all aspects of its activity with Glyndebourne’s donors and prospects. Duties include research into donor prospects, maintaining accurate donor and departmental records, assisting with incoming enquiries, and providing general administrative support to a busy Development Team.
The contractual hours of work are 35 hours per week (9:30am‑5:30pm) Monday‑Friday with a one‑hour lunch break. The role will involve unsociable hours including evenings and weekends during the Glyndebourne Festival Autumn Season and at other times of the year.
We can offer a salary of 24000 per annum.
We offer 33 days (6.6 weeks) holiday inclusive of bank holidays per annum pro rata. We also give additional non‑contractual closure dates at Christmas.
