Job Role : Developer Working Model : Permanent Location : Hybrid London Salary : £70,000 + Bonus

Are you a hands-on front-end developer who loves bringing exceptional digital experiences to life?

Do you enjoy shaping world-class user interfaces using modern frameworks like Sitecore, React, Next.js, and SXA?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital function as part of a new Product Experience (PX) Practice . You'll play a key role in elevating digital experiences across multiple platforms, working closely with cross-functional product teams to build intuitive, engaging, and high-performing user interfaces.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for converting UX design into high-quality UI components and building reusable, scalable component libraries across Sitecore JSS, SXA, and React / Next.js.

You’ll collaborate with UX, product, business, and technology teams to deliver user-centric solutions and support wider initiatives through ideation, POCs, and knowledge sharing. You’ll also help drive best practices and raise standards in UI / UX across the organisation.
