Reporting to: Despatch and Stores Manager • Contract: Full-Time

Shift Work: 4 on 40 off - 18:00 - 06:00

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Shift Manager to lead our Despatch, Stores and Packing operations at our Anwick site. In this hands‑on role, you'll ensure smooth running of the department, hitting key KPIs, improving efficiency, and driving a strong safety and performance culture.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop team leaders across despatch, stores, and packing.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and stock is efficiently managed.
  • Reduce waste, improve labour utilisation, and drive cost savings.
  • Champion continuous improvement and lean practices.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and audit readiness.
What You'll Bring
  • Leadership experience in supply chain, despatch or FMCG environments.
  • Knowledge of WMS / SAP systems (desirable).
