This includes providing technical support, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance and safety across housing contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social housing repairs or maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR) and productivity management.
• Full UK driving licence for site visits.
