A leading UK residential developer seeks a Designer to deliver high-quality designs and manage planning applications. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure that designs meet business requirements, and will oversee community engagement and statutory negotiations. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and experience in the housebuilding sector. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, offering benefits such as health cover and development opportunities.
As the role of the Designer, you will deliver the highest quality designs and most commercially viable planning permissions by supporting the Planning team with designs and supporting information required for the preparation and submission of planning applications.
