Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and high‑quality Design Technology lessons
  • Plan and deliver lessons across various DT disciplines (e.g., Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics)
  • Support student progress and well‑being
  • Collaborate effectively with the school’s teaching staff
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and inclusive workshop environment
  • Follow school policies and behaviour management practices
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Strong subject knowledge and practical DT skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management
  • A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
