What You’ll Do

• Lead technical teams across feasibility, detailed design, and build phases
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
• Shape sustainable water solutions for major UK clients
• Drive innovation and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Influence how water is obtained, treated, and distributed to communities

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader with a passion for water infrastructure. You bring :

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
• Strong knowledge of design and construction in the water sectorA degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Membership in a professional institution (e.g., ICE) — desirable but not essential
• A collaborative mindset and drive to innovate and deliver
