Our Client is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead all mechanical and electrical (M&E) design activities from pre‑construction through to project delivery. This is a critical leadership role managing internal technical teams, external consultants, and liaising with client and contractor design teams to ensure coordinated, compliant, and cost‑effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the in‑house M&E design team, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Oversee external consultants, review designs, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for design‑related communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate design processes using BIM tools and traditional methods, ensuring integration across disciplines.
• Develop and manage design deliverables schedules aligned with project programmes.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, RFIs, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and propose innovative technical solutions.
• Manage as‑built drawings, commissioning data, and O&M documentation for project handover.
