Design Engineer (Wireless Telecoms)

Remote Working Available - Occasional Office Visits to Stratford-upon-Avon

Are you a Design Engineer with experience in wireless or mobile telecoms infrastructure?

Do you want to join a growing business where you'll be part of a lean, technical team helping to shape a brand-new in-house design function from day one?

This company deliver wireless telecoms infrastructure, including rooftop sites, antenna layouts, GRP housings, and tower designs. Off the back of new investment, they're now building their internal design capability and are hiring a Design Engineer to support delivery across all projects.

You'll work directly under the Head of Design producing 2D AutoCAD drawings, supporting CAD template and block creation, and helping define drawing standards and QA processes as they scale.

The role is remote-first with flexible hours and occasional office meet-ups in Stratford-upon-Avon. The business runs with a start-up mindset, fast-moving, hands-on, and with long-term progression as the team grows.

The Role:

• Produce technical drawings for wireless telecoms infrastructure

• Work on antenna rigs, rooftop layouts, GRP housings, towers

• Use AutoCAD to support project delivery

• Help define internal CAD templates, blocks, and QA processes

• Remote-first with ad hoc visits to Stratford-upon-Avon HQ

The Person:

• Experience in wireless / mobile telecoms design (rigging, antennas, rooftop sites)

• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD

• Detail-focused, quality-driven, and hands-on

• Proactive and comfortable in a small, growing team

• Keen to contribute to internal systems and grow with the company
