My client, a leading commercial design and build firm with multiple UK offices, are currently recruiting for a Design Director to join them.

This firm is known for specialising in the production of Commercial Interiors and Design & Build fit out projects and has an established a powerful and lasting presence in the market.

Role Description

• Lead the Design team and coordinate the entire process, from initial client brief to handover.
• Take a project brief from the Sales Team and produce detailed design options for the client.
• Provide commercial & technical advice in terms of the \"optimum\" use of space, best value for money, sustainability and project duration.
• Lead Project Completion meetings to ensure any issues and snagging has been identified and plans are in place to rectify prior to handover to the Client.
• Carry out Project completion follow up reviews with the Client(s) to ensure expectations have been met and successfully delivered.

• Extensive experience of operating in a similar role within the D&B commercial fit out industry
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
