Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Consultant Dermatologist to lead General Dermatology and 2WW clinics. The role involves assessing and managing a range of dermatological conditions, including suspected skin cancers, and developing tailored treatment plans. Qualifications

  • GMC-registered Consultant Dermatologist required.
  • NHS experience is essential.
  • Strong background in General Dermatology and skin cancer assessment.

Your Role
  • Lead and deliver high-quality General Dermatology and 2WW clinics
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions, including suspected skin cancers
  • Develop and communicate tailored treatment plans
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with specialist nurses, fellow consultants, and the wider MDT
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and communication of results
  • Support continuous service development and quality improvement
Qualifications
  • GMC-registered Consultant Dermatologist (on the Specialist Register)
  • NHS experience essential
  • Strong background in General Dermatology and skin cancer assessment (2WW pathways)
  • Excellent diagnostic, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
