A leading global law firm is seeking an associate lawyer to join their derivatives and structured products practice in the UK. The role involves advising clients on structured finance transactions, including SEC and OTC derivatives, with a focus on flexibility in work arrangements. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication, drafting skills, and one to three years of post-qualification experience. 35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. We have an opening for a first rate derivatives and structured products lawyer. Experience gained within a top tier firm is a requirement. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have one to three years post qualification experience (or equivalent experience).
