This post is a key member of the Talking Therapies Operational Management Team, with responsibility for supporting operational management, including effective leadership and supervision of a designated geographical area. The post holder will also support the Team Manager in ensuring the service is developed in accordance with National guidelines. The post holder will retain a small caseload (ideally 40% of a full-time contract which may vary in accordance with service need) and will deliver a high level of psychological interventions with designated clients who have a range of complex Anxiety and Depression related problems.
CWPT NHS Talking Therapies is a progressive service which encourages professional development, supervision and peer support with an identifiable career pathway for PWP’s to develop into more specialised or senior roles. We work closely with members of the local community, service Commissioners, GP’s, secondary care services and various voluntary sector agencies.
