A leading pet care company in the UK seeks a Deputy Manager in Guernsey to oversee daily store operations and lead a customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will have management experience in retail and a passion for delivering excellent service. This role includes responsibilities such as driving sales, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and inspiring your team. We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team in Guernsey. As the Deputy Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the store’s day-to-day operations and ensure the best possible experience for our customers and their pets.
When the Store Manager is unavailable, you’ll take full responsibility for the store, leading the team and managing all aspects of the business, from recruitment and performance management to stock control and maintaining our high standards.
