Deputy Registered Manager — Love Grove House (North London)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year

On-call allowance: £100 per week

Bonuses: Retention + Ofsted rating + KPI bonus

Hours: Full time, flexible (Mon–Fri with occasional weekends)

Progression: Clear pathway to Registered Manager within 6–12 months

  • Leadership & Management
    • Support the RM in day‑to‑day operations
    • Lead, supervise, and mentor staff
    • Promote trauma‑informed relational care
  • Quality of Care
    • Oversee care planning and risk assessments

    • Maintain regulatory compliance
    • Prepare documentation and audits
    • Support inspections

    • Act as Deputy DSL

Person Specification
