Overview

Deputy Pub Manager – Kettering, Northamptonshire. Salary up to £35,000 plus tips. This busy country pub is located near Kettering.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager with a warm and friendly personality who has a definite ‘can do’ attitude to work alongside the General Manager, Owner, and their front of house team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Owner in day-to-day operations of a busy pub/restaurant.
• Run service at least twice a week with confidence in food and wine service.
• Lead and motivate front of house staff to deliver high levels of guest service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a Hotel, Pub or Restaurant, ideally at supervisory level.
• Knowledge of food and wine service and confident in running a service.
• Own transport required to travel to work; living in Thrapston, Oundle, Raunds, Rushden, Kettering, Burton Latimer or nearby areas is preferable.
• Must be legally able to work in the UK.
