The Role Deputy Practice Manager / Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated Deputy Practice/Operations Manager to be responsible for our daily operations. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:

Main duties of the job
  • Leading People:Managing HR administration and supporting our friendly, multi-disciplinary team to thrive.
  • Driving Excellence:Overseeing clinical audits, QOF, and LCS achievements to ensure we maintain our "Good" CQC rating.
  • Operational Innovation:Helping to shape and improve our systems and patient pathways in an ever-changing NHS landscape.
  • Future Leadership:Acting as a key deputy for the Practice Manager, with real

opportunities for professional growth.

  • Hours: 3037.5 per week (part-time or full-time, to suit the right candidate)
  • Salary: Dependent on experience

Job responsibilities

The post-holder is an [Operations/ Deputy Practice] Manager.

To support the PracticeManager in all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and overall performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective workingenvironment.

To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, patientservices, premises and health and safety management.

Through innovative ways ofworking, support the Practice Manager leading the team in promoting ED&I,SHEF, quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborativeworking, service delivery, and learning and development, and ensuring the practicecomplies with CQC regulations.

The post-holder will be an integralpart of the general practice team.
