Overview

Nurse Deputy Manager - 35 hours. Salary from £21.70–£23.70 per hour with enhancements and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of nurses and care staff while deputising for the Service Manager.
  • Deliver outstanding, person-centred care to residents with physical and/or learning disabilities, promoting independence and choice.
  • Develop your career in a supportive environment, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards while making a real impact every day.
  • Fully support the Service Manager in their absence, leading a dedicated team of nurses and care staff with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the smooth running of the service, promote positive outcomes for residents, and foster a caring, inclusive environment.
  • Deliver the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal care, promoting independence and choice for all residents while maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory obligations.
  • Influence the service, mentor colleagues, and make a real impact on the lives of those in your care.
