Deputy Home Manager — Nottingham — 40 hours a week — £22.14 - £23.14 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering exceptional, person centred care, mentoring colleagues and ensuring residents receive the highest standards of support.
• Champion safeguarding and inclusivity, maintaining a safe, respectful, and diverse environment for both residents and staff.
• Take on responsibility and professional growth, overseeing clinical care, supervising the team in the Manager’s absence, and developing your leadership skills in a dynamic, compassionate setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC Pin, possess strong knowledge of National Standards and the NMC Code of Practice, and have experience in person centred care planning within a care home.
