A reputable healthcare staffing agency in the Islington area is seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager, preferably qualified as both an RGN and RMN, or an RMN with an active NMC pin. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care in a purpose-built setting that provides residential and dementia care to older individuals. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a super company in their home in the Islington area. You might also be a Senior RMN looking to progress in your career. This company rarely have management opportunities come up! Purpose built, the home provides nursing, residential and dementia care to older people and is well situated to local transport links.

To be considered for this position you will either need to be a dual qualifed RGN/RMN or an RMN with an active NMC pin. We are looking for someone with good mental health skills. You will be passionate about working with older people, some of whom are living with dementia, and providing the level of care they so deserve. You will have up-to-date clinical skills and a good working knowldege of CQC standards.
