Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months’ experience as a Senior, Deputy, or Team Leader in a children’s EBD home.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and Children’s Homes Standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of an EBD children’s home.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise staff.
• Oversee rotas, staffing, budgets, and daily operational tasks.
• Handle audits and key decisions in the Manager’s absence.
• Work collaboratively with social workers, families, and external agencies.
