Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a high standard of care and education for all children.
• Inspire, lead, and motivate the team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of a creative and age-appropriate curriculum that meets the needs and interests of the children.
• Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and parents.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child's development.
• Support the continuous professional development of the nursery staff through mentoring, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:Minimum of2 years of experiencein a nursery setting, with proven leadership capabilities.
