Location: Bradford

Salary: £38,820 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Contract: 12 Month FTC

Overview

Red Snapper Recruitment are working in partnership with a respected Christian charity that supports people in the criminal justice system. We are seeking an organised, creative and client-focused Approved Premises Deputy Service Manager to join their team in Bradford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of offenders in their transition from custody into the community to achieve successful resettlement.
  • Oversee the well-being and supervision of Approved Premises residents, ensuring adherence to licence conditions and safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Carry out regular inspections, monitor behaviour, and engage positively with residents.
  • Work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver coordinated support.
  • Contribute to Public Protection by ensuring residents comply with licence conditions and by supporting staff on duty, including out-of-hours cover.
  • Model and uphold Christian values, demonstrating the ethos and principles central to the Trust's work.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in offender management, supported housing, or a similar environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • A practising and professing Christian, able to provide leadership consistent with the organisation's faith-based values (an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).
Additional Information

A satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult barred list) and BPSS check are required.
