Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Residential Care worker in a Children’s Home setting.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team, providing supervision and training.
  • Ensure a safe, homely environment with high standards of care.
