A fostering and care provider in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a passionate Deputy Manager. This role involves caring for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs in a supportive children's home environment. The ideal candidate should hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare, have resilience, and demonstrate a positive 'can do' attitude. Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: Up to £39,000 (sleeps are not required, however occasionally may need to be done at £73 per sleep)
Hours: Days, 12 hour shifts x 4 per week
Provision info: 5 Bed (Dual Registered EBD and LD), implementing the PACE model
Pay Per Sleep: £73
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People with social, emotional and mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities
Home; Number of Beds: 3
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Residential Childcare & full UK driving license (held for a minimum of 12 months)
Employment Type: Permanent
