About The Role
DEPUTY MANAGER
Location : Kitnocks House, Curdridge, Southampton
Contract : Full-time, 40 hours p / w, permanent
Salary : £65,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at Kitnocks House in Curdridge.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Registered General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and person-centred care for residents with complex neurological, physical, and mental health needs.
You’ll provide visible leadership, nurture a positive team culture, and act as the Responsible Person in the General Manager’s absence, promoting accountability, professional standards, and the values that make Cornerstone unique.
You’ll be an experienced leader within health or social care, with a strong understanding of what good looks like in a regulated care environment. Whether your background is clinical or operational, you’ll bring the confidence to lead by example, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Cornerstone Healthcareprovide specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.
Residents who live in our homes primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition which makes them inappropriate candidates for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly.
We currently have 4 services based in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Bristol & Mytchett.
