A not-for-profit care organization in Hersden is seeking a Deputy Manager for Meadow View Residential Care Home. You'll support the Home Manager in daily operations, build strong relationships with staff and residents, and lead by example. The ideal candidate will have experience in a residential setting, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care. Salary: 45,000.00 per annum
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Here’s more about the role: You will be a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.
You will have previous experience in a residential setting. A full, valid driver’s licence is required and access to own vehicle is desirable.
