Deputy Manager

Meadow View Residential Care Home, Blackthorn Road, Hersden, Canterbury, Kent, CT3 4GB

Salary: 45,000.00 per annum

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in the day to day running of Meadow View, helping to lead a team of care professionals with passion and commitment.
  • Form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families; your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.
  • Work alongside the Home Manager and lead by example.

You will have previous experience in a residential setting. A full, valid driver’s licence is required and access to own vehicle is desirable.
