Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Barking is seeking a Deputy Manager to promote person-centred care and maintain high standards within a nursing home. The role includes managing the home in the absence of the Home Manager and working collaboratively to achieve financial objectives. The ideal candidate will be an RGN or RMN with a passion for elderly care. Competitive pay of £22.93 per hour and excellent benefits are offered.
