Drive business outcomes through a strategic people and workforce agenda aligned to organisational priorities
Overseeing Medical / Clinican hiring locally and overseas
Translate service redesign needs and workforce risks into actionable people strategies
Lead multi-year, skills-based workforce planning to support future operating and care models
Partner senior leaders as a trusted advisor, guiding decisions on talent, structure, succession, and organisational effectiveness
Lead people-change strategies for digital transformation and operating model shifts
Use workforce and organisational data to diagnose issues, inform strategy, and influence leadership decisions
Strengthen leadership capability and support organisational design to improve clarity, agility, and collaboration
Partner HR specialist teams to deliver integrated, outcome-focused solutions
Requirements
10+ years of HR experience with strong enterprise-level HR business partnering exposure
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, ambiguous environments
Strong organisational design and systems-thinking capability
