Job summary

A well-established children's residential care provider in Bethnal Green, London, is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to support the Registered Manager and lead a dedicated team. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in residential childcare, a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce, and a passion for nurturing young lives. This full-time position offers a salary range of £35K to £40K and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare.
  • Experience in a leadership role as Deputy Manager or similar.
  • Passionate about working therapeutically with children & young people.

  • Maintain OFSTED compliance and high safeguarding standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of care plans.
