A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Deputy Home Manager in Swadlincote. You will be responsible for ensuring high clinical care standards and supervising staff in the absence of the Home Manager. The role requires a valid NMC Pin, effective communication skills, and a background in person-centered care. As a Deputy Home Manager you will ensure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond professional standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. This means providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
Valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice. Background in person-centred care planning within a care home. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, keep meaningful records and communicate with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner. Completion of safeguarding training appropriate to the role.
