Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the care team to provide safe, person-centred care.
  • Monitor residents health, hygiene, and overall wellbeing.
  • Assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee clinical skills including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and wound management.
  • Support induction and ongoing supervision of staff.
  • Conduct care audits and maintain communication with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and report risks or safeguarding concerns.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies.

About You
