What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a very special person to join us in our friendly and warm school. The successful applicant will have:

  • A deep faith commitment evidenced by regular involvement within a recognised church
  • Experience of successful middle leadership, having led whole‑school initiatives, supported staff effectively and worked positively with parents and carers
  • Proven excellence in teaching within the primary phases and having knowledge of teaching and learning in all three key stages
  • Evidence of the ability to promote inclusion to meet the needs of all our pupils
  • The ability to deal effectively and positively with a range of pupil behaviours
  • The skills to batteries as a leader of learning: demonstrating, promoting and encouraging outstanding classroom practice
