Qualifications

• Minimum significant experience in service charge accounting.
• Ability to prepare detailed analysis and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data security principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team overseeing accounts and credit control.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and year-end packs.
• Supervise VAT returns and Trust Tax Returns.
