A leading healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead a team of senior analysts. This role supports mental health and community health services, ensuring timely and accurate performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, leadership capabilities, and proficiency with modern data architecture and Power BI. This is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced data analyst to support the Head of Analysis and Business Intelligence in driving change and improvement through innovative, meaningful and impactful modern data analysis. Joining an accredited (London Skills Development Network Excellence in Informatics - Level 1 2023) and award-winning department you will manage a group of senior data analysts through an exciting period of change. You will embrace modern data science techniques, visualization best practice and measurement for improvement to champion the use of data to support the trust objectives. You will be supported by a cloud-based modern data architecture, powerful Power BI analytics and a strategic training plan based on the National Competency Framework for Data Professionals (NHS E/I).
The post holder will deputise and assist the Head of Analysis and Business Intelligence in the management of the Data Analysis department supporting Mental Health, Community Health and Primary Care. They will support the Head of Analysis and Business Intelligence by line managing a section of the Senior Data Analysts. The post holder will work closely with Trust performance leads and service managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting on the performance of all Trust services. The post holder will also deliver performance reporting metrics against agreed specifications for internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Data Science and Data Warehousing ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of information from various ELFT source systems to staff in a digestible format.
