• Proven experience managing within a food-led or premium pub/inn.
• Confident with financials including P&L and stock management.
• Hands-on leadership approach with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Maintain high standards across service, food, and drink.
• Participate in stock control and reporting.
• Assist with recruitment and team development.
• Deputize for the GM when required.
