Perfect Recruitment is looking for an experienced, hands‑on, and enthusiastic Deputy General Manager for a premium, award‑winning seasonal country inn in a beautiful rural location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self‑motivated hospitality professional with a big personality to step into a key leadership role and make their mark.

The Role:
  • Support the General Manager in all day‑to‑day operations
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • Deputise in the GM’s absence and drive business performance
About You:
